Tracey Abrams is the Owner and Administrator of Harvest In-Home Care, a family-owned and operated agency serving seniors in Plainfield, Illinois, and Scottsdale, Arizona. With over 25 years of experience in home care and certification as a Dementia Practitioner, Tracey is deeply committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports dignity, independence, and peace of mind for seniors and their families.
Her journey into expanding Harvest In-Home Care to Scottsdale began after personally caring for a dear friend diagnosed with a brain tumor. At the request of the family, Tracey assembled a dedicated team of caregivers who provided round-the-clock care with love and compassion until he peacefully transitioned. That deeply personal experience reaffirmed her calling and inspired her to open a second location in Arizona — extending the same level of heartfelt, dependable care to families in the community.
Inspired by her grandmother and mother, Tracey has devoted her career to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly. Beyond her work, she enjoys staying active by running 4–5 miles daily, traveling, dancing, hiking, and shopping. Her passion for caregiving and love for life continue to fuel her mission to enhance the well-being of every client Harvest In-Home Care serves.
